WARNING : The weight of the machine must be supported
by the waist-band (A).
Fig.12/1 - To loosen the straps, pull the the handle of the
buckle upwards.
Have the engine horizontally, unscrew the cap and fill the
tank of oil from the threaded hole..
The capacity of the tank is approximately 0.09L.
It recommends the use of oil type SAE 10W-30 SF or
higher. Use of Multi-grade oil tends to increase
consumption at high temperatures. Do not add oil with
characteristics different from those of already
existing in the engine
When the tank is full, tighten the cap of the oil.
The lubrication of your engine is vital to ensure the perfor-
mance and durability of your car.
It is recommended for both follow the rules prescribed by
the manufacturer in terms of regular maintenance.
WARNING Carefully read the safety precautions before
using the brushcutter.
Put on the harness. For balancing and adjustment see
ASSEMBLY
Always keep both hands on the handles operating the
brushcutter.
Use the bushcutter on the right side of the operator as
illustrated Fig. 13.
Always check the cutting tool for cracks after hitting foreign
objects.
ACTIVE NYLON HEAD SYSTEM "ACTIVE patent" Fig. 14
- Only use line of the same diameter as the original to avoid
overloading the engine.
- Stop the engine and put on the safety gloves.
Turn the knob (C), clockwise, until the arrow (E) is in line
with one of the eyelets (D). Insert the pipe (A) Through both
eyelets fit the line through the pipe.
- Remove the pipe on either side of the nylon head.
FUEL
4 STROKE - WARNING: the machine is equipped with a four
stroke engine which is working only with petrol. Do not
smoke. Refill when the engine is switched off and away from
naked flame. AIways use petrol with a minimum octane number
of 90.
Fill the brushcutter fuel tank only to 3/4 capacity to allow for
fuel expansion.
FUELING
WARNING Always shut off the engine before refueling. Slowly
open the cap of the fuel tank, when filling up with fuel, so that
possible over pressure disappears. Tighten the fuel cap
carefully after fuelling. Always move the machine at least 3
m (10Ft) from the fueling area before starting. Before fueling
clean the tank cap area carefully, to ensure that no dirt falls
into the tank make sure that the fuel is well mixed by shaking
the container before fueling.
Fig. 12/2 - To unfasten the hook push at the same time the
two levers (A) as show in the picture.

6. ENGINE OIL

Is goodl monitored daily before use
strengthen the machine, the oil level.
The level should be between references and MIN MAX
sull'asta control.
For the replacement of exhausted (see Figure 9), simply
unscrew the cap and tilt the engine on the side of the hole
by the oil spill in a container placed under.
With the engine warm, act with great caution:
danger of burns.
The oil must be disposed exhausted in the appropriate
collection centers because it contains substances harmful
to the environment.

7. USE OF BRUSHCUTTER

- Pull the line till the ends of the line are at the same length.
- turn the knob clockwise (every 3 turns stretch the lines)
until the line is wound onto the spool.
TO USE LINE FEEDER
Keep the engine at high RPM and tap or knock the underside
of the nylon head knob against the ground. Each knock will
feed approximately 3cm. of line.
WARNING: Do not knock the nylon head against hard
surfaces.
WARNING: fig.20 - only in extreme cases where one
on the left hands side of your body it is imperative to fit an
elbow (1) to the muffler (3). Before securing the elbow (2) it
is necessary to position it in such a way as to deflect the hot
gases away from the harness and the back of the operator.

8. PREPARING FOR USE

STARTING
Fig.1 - Lay brushcutter on a flat bare surface and make
sure that the cutting tool is free to work .
Move ignition switch to (1). Fig.1
Press throttle trigger (A) and push down the botton (B) to
lock the trigger in half-throttle position, release the trigger
(A) Fig. 1/A
Push primmer bulb (A) repeatedly 5 to 6 times Fig.1/C
Move choke lever (A) to choke position (B) Fig.1/B
Holding the unit down pull the starting handle until engine
attempts to run then move the choke lever (A) to open position
(C) Fig. 1/B
Pull starter until engine runs.
Once the engine has started, press throttle trigger (A) to
release it from the half-throttle position and let the engine
idle.
