Adjustment of parameters

The metering unit can be set in Parametering mode. Press the 'Up' and 'ENTER' keys for
5 sec. to access this mode.
The following settings are possible:

Language
Pre spraying time, increments of 0.01 sec.
After spraying time, increments of 0.01 sec.
The parameters can be set by pressing the 'Up' (No) or 'ENTER' (Yes) keys. Spraying
time can be altered digit by digit using the 'Up' and 'Down' keys (see
7.2.1.1 'Adjustment of metering time' on page 27). The setting must then be confirmed
using the 'ENTER' key in order to return to operating mode (see
7.2 'Procedure for parametering of the MULTILINE 1000 S' on page 26).

Commissioning

1. Connect the MULTILINE 1000 S's Compressed Air Outlet 1a (see Fig. 3) to the
pressure vessel via an external pressure controller. Set the pressure controller to
minimum pressure.
2. Set path from storage cylinder to pressure vessel/charge product into the pressure
vessel. Put the pressure vessel cover in position and seal it tight.
3. Connect the metering unit to the compressed air system. The integrated pressure
controller can be used to set the pressure required for the spraying air. Use the
externally fitted pressure controller for the pressure vessel to set product pressure;
consult Section
figures for initial setting.
4. Create compressed air connection (see Fig. 1).
5. Close spraying air valve (see Fig. 1).
NOTICE!
Outlet 1a (see Fig. 3) is a direct branch from the MULTILINE 1000 S's
Compressed Air Connection 12
CAUTION!
The pressure vessel must not be connected to the compressed air
system without an interposed pressure controller. Note maximum
permissible operating pressure
NOTICE!
The riser pipe must extend down to the base of the vessel/of the
storage cylinder. The riser pipe must have a bevelled off end.
