Proper use
❐ The device may only be used for boiling water and not for warming up milk or other liquids.
Do not use the device for making tea or coffee.
❐ The device is intended for domestic, not commercial use.
❐ Only use the device as described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed improper.
Risks of injury
❐ Keep children and animals away from the device and packaging. There is a danger of injury
and suffocation!
❐ This device may be used by children ages 8 and over as well as persons with impaired phys-
ical, sensory or mental capacities or those lacking experience and/or knowledge if they are
supervised or have been instructed in how to safely use the device and have understood the
risks associated with operating the device. Children may not play with the device. Cleaning
and user maintenance must not be performed by children.
❐ Keep children under 8 years of age and animals away from the device and the connection line!
❐ Only use and store the device out of the reach of children. The mains cord may also not be
accessible for children. They could pull the device down with it.
❐ ATTENTION Scalding hazard! Be careful when working with hot steam, water and hot sur-
faces. Only take hold of the hot device by the handle. When the device is in use or short-
ly afterwards, avoid any contact with the metal surface of the device. It becomes
very hot!
