12. Assembly Instructions

Operate this valve only in conjunction with the correct filter.
Failure to observe can lead to a damaged fitting.

• Operate the product only with safety extra low voltage (SELV). Do not earth the
components.
• The power supply (not included in the scope of delivery, see accessories,
Chapter
21) must be set up outside of the wet area, in a separate room.
• Secure the electric connection with an earth leakage circuit breaker (RCD).
Failure to observe can mean risk of death or material damage, e. g. from electric
shock or fire.

Important!
Before installing, flush the pipes in compliance with DIN 1988.

The system line (not included in scope of delivery) for connecting the power supply
to the fittings must be installed in a conduit (to be supplied by customer) and looped
through.

To protect the tiles, use masking tape when marking and drilling. Drill at low speed.
☞
Depending on the composition of the wall, special wall dowels may have to be used
(to be provided by the customer).
Installing the electric T-junction

Important!
The components of the electronic T-junction must be installed only when they are in
a dead condition.

Recommended system lines see
When using other cables for the system line, note the different colour coding. The
outer diameter must not exceed 7.5 mm.

12.1 Only when the water connection is from the rear: Install the connection bracket (a)
leaktight.
12.2 Screw-in the water volume regulator (b) leak-tight.
12.3 Align the water volume regulator in such a way that the screw plug and the operating
element are freely accessible.
12.4 For a shower head height (c) of 2.10 m to 2.30 m, mark the drill holes for the
attachment at a height of 2.14 m to 2.34 m from the upper edge of the prefabricated
foot base.
12.5 Drill according to the markings.
Insert the dowels.
