Flansch [A/B/C]
An der mechanischen Schnittstelle des SWG können
gängige Roboterflansche angeschlossen werden. Die
Verschraubungen sind mit Schraubensicherung zu
sichern.
Sensorhalter [D]
Über die Sensorhalter können Sensoren an der
Saugfläche befestigt werden. Die Anbringung ist an
jeder der 16 Befestigungsstellen an der Saugfläche
möglich.

Saugmodul [E]
Durch die Saugmodule mit HT1-Sauger ist es möglich
stark
durchgebogene
Objekte
Anbringung ist an jeder der 16 Befestigungsstellen an
der Saugfläche möglich. Die Saugmodule können
separat mit Vakuum versorgt werden, z.B. mit einem
Inlineejektor SLP. Das Saugmodul kann im Bereich
0...7 mm auf die Durchbiegung des Objekts angepasst
werden.
Dämpfungsmodul [F]
Durch das Dämpfungsmodul ist ein noch schonenderes
Aufsetzen der Saugfläche auf dem Objekt sowie
definiertes Ablegen möglich. Die Anbringung ist an jeder
der 16 Befestigungsstellen an der Saugfläche möglich.

Dämpfungsmodul
benötigt
Vakuumanschluss kann aber zusätzlich auch als
Saugmodul betrieben werden. Das Dämpfungsmodul
kann im Bereich 0 ... 5 mm eingesellt werden.
Abluftset [G]
Über das Abluftset können zwei 14/11-Schläuche zum
Abführen der Abluft installiert werden. Das Abluftset
wird über M4-Schrauben befestigt. Die Schrauben sind
mit Schraubensicherung zu sichern.

Flange [A/B/C]
Standard robot flanges may be connected to the
mechanical interface of the SWG. Screw connections
should be secured using a thread lock.
Sensor holder [D]
The sensor holder allows sensors to be attached to
the suction surface. It can be attached to any of the 16
attachment points on the suction surface. The sensor
holder has an M8x1 female thread for attaching

Suction module [E]
It is possible to pick up extremely bowed objects using
the suction modules with HT1 suction pads. These

Exhaust set [G]
The exhaust set can be used to install two 14/11

extrémités.
Bride [A/B/C]
Vous pouvez raccorder des brides de robot courantes
à l'interface mécanique du SWG. Fixez les raccords
filetés à la colle de blocage.
Support de capteur [D]
Ce support permet de fixer les capteurs sur la surface
d'aspiration. La pose est possible sur chacune des 16
positions de fixation de la surface d'aspiration. Le
support comprend un filetage intérieur M8x1 pour la
pose de capteurs standard.
Module d'aspiration [E]
Les modules d'aspiration à ventouse HT1 permettent
d'aspirer des objets fortement courbés. La pose est
possible sur chacune des 16 positions de fixation de
la surface d'aspiration. Il est possible d'alimenter
séparément les modules d'aspiration avec du vide, à
l'aide d'un éjecteur en ligne SLP p. ex. Le module peut
s'adapter à la courbure de l'objet sur une plage de 0 à
7 mm.
Module d'amortissement [F]
Le module d'amortissement permet de poser la
surface d'aspiration sur l'objet de façon encore plus
délicate et de définir précisément la dépose. La pose
est possible sur chacune des 16 positions de fixation
de la surface d'aspiration. Le module d'amortissement
ne requiert pas de raccord de vide séparé mais peut
également être utilisé comme module d'aspiration. Il
se règle sur une plage de 0 à 5 mm.
Kit air d'échappement [G]
Ce
kit
permet
d'installer
d'évacuation de l'air d'échappement. Le kit d'air
d'échappement se fixe à l'aide de vis M4. Fixez les vis
à la colle de blocage.
