21. Examine the
calibration data on the
controller menu or the
Claros user interface.
3.2.4 2-point calibration with verification
1. Invert the 20 NTU
and the 600 NTU
StablCal vials for 2 to
3 minutes. Refer to the
documentation supplied
with the StablCal vials.
5. Put the 20 NTU vial
in the vial compartment.
2. Clean and dry the
vial with a no-lint cloth.
Refer to Prevent vial
contamination
on page 16.
6. Install the calibration
lid. Make sure that the
calibration lid is in the
closed position. Refer
to Installation
on page 3.
3. Put the 20 NTU vial
in front of the RFID
module. A beep sound
is heard and the status
indicator light flashes
blue. If the status
indicator light does not
flashes blue refer to
Troubleshooting
on page 22.
The instrument records
the value, the lot
number, the expiration
date and the Certificate
of Analysis information
from the RFID vial to
the data log.
7. Push the button on
the front of the
instrument.
4. Remove the process
head (or the automatic
cleaning module). Refer
to Installation
on page 3.
8. Wait 30 to
60 seconds for the
measurement to
complete. The status
indicator light slowly
flashes blue during the
measurement.
