Per facilitare l'individuazione degli
spessori desiderati sono evidenziate sulla
camma 5 tacche ad ognuna delle quali
si
può
far
corrispondere
un
determinato spessore; posizionando il
pomello P1 (fig. L) fra tacca e tacca si
otterranno spessori intermedi.
Eseguite queste operazioni procedere al
rimontaggio eseguendo le operazioni in-
verse.
PULIZIA
Per una accurata pulizia occorre
smontare il rullo formatore B (fig. L).
Svitare il pomello P (fig. L), estrarre la
camma C (fig. L), quindi estrarre il
tamburo B.
Procedere alla pulizia utilizzando acqua
tiepida e detergente neutro.

You reduce the thickness of the
hamburger by turning the cam in a
clockwise direction; you increase the
thickness by turning the cam in a counter
clockwise direction.
To make it easier to find the desired
thickness, there are 5 notches that
correspond to various thicknesses. If you
position the knob P1 (Fig. L) between two
notches you will obtain intermediate
thicknesses.
Once you have performed these
operations, reassemble the machine
following these procedures backwards.
CLEANING
To clean the machine accurately you
need to disassemble the drum unit B (Fig.
L). Unscrew the knob P (Fig. L), remove
the cam C (Fig. L), then remove the drum
B.
Clean the unit with some lukewarm water
and some neutral detergent.

Pour choisir les épaisseurs souhaitées,
la came a 5 encoches correspondant aux
différentes épaisseurs. Pour des
épaisseurs intermédiaires, porter le
pommeau P1 (Fig. L) dans une position
comprise entre deux encoches.
Après avoir terminé les opérations ci-
dessus , remonter les pièces en
procédant en sens inverse.
NETTOYAGE
Pour un nettoyage soigné il faut
démonter le groupe tambour B (Fig.L)
Desserrer le pommeau P (Fig. L), retirer
la came C (Fig. L), et le tambour B.
Nettoyer avec de l'eau tiède et du
détergent neutre.

im Uhrzeigersinn wird der Hamburger
dünner,
durch
Drehen
im
Gegenuhrzeigersinn dicker.
Damit die gewünschte Dicke leicht
gefunden werden kann, sind auf dem
Nocken 5 Kerben vorhanden, die mit
einem
bestimmten
Gewicht
übereinstimmen können. Wird der Griff
P1 (Abb. L) zwischen die Kerben
eingestellt, erhält man Zwischendicken.
Danach in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
wieder zusammenbauen.
REINIGUNG
Zum Reinigen muss der Zylinder B (Abb.
L) demontiert werden.
Lösen Sie den Griff P (Abb. L), ziehen
Sie zuerst den Nocken C (Abb. L) und
dann den Zylinder B heraus.
Mit lauwarmem Wasser und einem
neutralen Reinigungsmittel reinigen.

A fin de facilitar la determinación de los
espesores requeridos en la leva están
marcadas cinco muescas a cada una de
las cuales puede hacerse corresponder
un espesor; posicionando el pomo P1
(fig. L) entre una y otra muesca podrán
obtenerse espesores intermedios.
Una vez concluida la regulación, para el
remontaje efectuar las operaciones
antedichas en orden y sentido inverso.
LIMPIEZA
Para efectuar una cuidadosa limpieza se
deberá desmontar el rodillo formador B
(fig. L).
Desenroscar el pomo P (fig. L), extraer la
leva C (fig. L) y a continuación extraer el
tambor B.
Lavar utilizando agua tibia y detergente
neutro.
