NASTRO TRASPORTATORE
(MOD. C/E 653 - C/E 653R)
La funzione di questo Gruppo è di
trasportare l'hamburger esternamente
alla macchina.
PULIZIA
E' opportuno a fine produzione e
comunque a fine giornata pulire il nastro
trasportatore N (fig. Q). Sollevando il rullo
folle U (fig. Q) si ottiene l'allentamento
del nastro e quindi si può procedere
all'estrazione (vedi fig. Q); tale nastro è
costruito con materiali conformi alle
vigenti norme igieniche. Per la pulizia
utilizzare acqua tiepida e detergente neu-
tro. Per il rimontaggio eseguire le opera-
zioni sopra descritte nel senso
inverso.
REGOLAZlONI
Tensionamento: per tensionare il
nastro intervenire su entrambi i tenditori
T1 e T2 (fig. Q) in modo uniforme,
allentando il dado D (fig. Q) e ruotando
la vite VT (fig. Q).
Bilanciamento : nel caso che, durante
il funzionamento, il nastro tenda a
portarsi fuori centro, intervenire su uno
dei due tenditori per riportare il nastro in
posizione corretta.

CONVEYOR BELT UNIT
(MOD. C/E 653 - C/E 653R)
The purpose of this Unit is to convey the
hamburger outside the machine.
CLEANING
At the end of each production cycle and,
anyway at the end of each day, you have
to clean the conveyor belt N (Fig. Q).
When you lift the idle roller U (Fig. Q),
the belt is loosened and you can extract
it (see Fig. Q). The belt is made of
materials that comply with the current
sanitary rules. To clean the belt, use
lukewarm water and a neutral detergent.
To reassemble the machine, follow the
procedures described above backwards.
ADJUSTING
Belt stretching: to stretch the belt use
both screw couplings T1 and T2 (Fig. Q)
uniformly, by loosening the nut D (Fig.
Q) and rotating the screw VT (Fig. Q).
Belt centering : if, during production, the
belt tends to go out of centre, use one of
the screw coupling to bring the belt back
to its correct position.

RUBAN TRANSPORTEUR
(MOD. C/E 653 - C/E 653R)
Le Groupe ruban transporteur a pour
fonction de transporter le hamburger à
la sortie de la machine.
NETTOYAGE
A la fin du cycle de production et en tout
cas à la fin de la journée de travail, il
faudra nettoyer le ruban transporteur N
(Fig. Q) . Soulever le rouleau fou U (Fig.
Q) pour libérer le ruban qui peut ainsi
être retiré (Fig. Q). Le ruban est fabriqué
avec des matières conformes aux
normes d'hygiène en vigueur. Pour le
nettoyage, utiliser de l'eau tiède et du
détergent neutre. Pour remonter le
ruban, répéter les opérations décrites ci-
dessus en sens inverse.
REGLAGES
Tension: pour tendre le ruban, desserrer
l'écrou D (Fig. Q) et tourner la vis VT
(Fig. Q) puis intervenir sur les deux
tendeurs T1 et T2 (Fig. Q) de manière
uniforme.
Equilibrage : durant le fonctionnement
le ruban pourrait se porter hors centre.
Intervenir alors sur un des deux tendeurs
pour ramener le ruban dans la position
correcte.

FÖRDERBAND
(MOD. C/E 653 - C/E 653R)
Diese Vorrichtung transportiert die
Hamburger aus der Maschine heraus.
REINIGUNG
Nach Beendigung der Arbeit und auf
jeden Fall am Abend ist das Förderband
N (Abb. Q) zu reinigen. Durch Anheben
der Leerlaufrolle U (Abb. Q) lockert sich
das Band und kann abgezogen werden
(siehe Abb. Q). Dieses Band ist aus
Materialien hergestellt, die mit den
geltenden Hygienevorschriften konform
sind. Zum Reinigen lauwarmes Wasser
und
neutrales
Reinigungsmittel
verwenden. Die Montage erfolgt in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
EINSTELLUNGEN
Spannen: Beide Spanner T1 und T2
(Abb. Q) gleichmässig betätigen, wozu
die Mutter D (Abb. Q) gelöst und die
Schraube VT (Abb. Q) gedreht werden
muss.
Auswuchten : Falls das Band während
des Betriebes aus der Mitte läuft, die
beiden Spanner betätigen, bis das Band
wieder in der richtigen Stellung ist.
CINTA TRANSPORTADORA
(modelos C/E 653 - C/E 653R)
La función de esta unidad es la de
transportar la hamburguesa hacia el
exterior de la máquina.
LIMPIEZA
Al concluir la producción y, en todo caso
al final de la jornada laboral, deberá
limpiarse la cinta transportadora N (fig.
Q). Elevando el rodillo neutro U (fig. Q)
se obtiene el aflojamiento de la cinta y
es posible extraerla (véase fig. Q); esta
cinta está realizada con materiales
conformes con lo establecido por las
normas higiénicas vigentes. Para
efectuar la limpieza utilizar agua tibia y
detergente neutro. Para reinstalarla
efectuar las operaciones antedichas en
orden y sentido inverso.
REGULACIONES
Tensado: para tensar la cinta debe
operarse en ambos tensores T1 y T2 (fig.
Q) de manera uniforme, aflojando la
tuerca D (fig. Q) y girando el tornillo VT
(fig. Q).
Equilibrado: en caso de que, durante el
funcionamiento, la cinta tienda a
desplazarse hacia afuera del centro, se
deberá operar en uno de los dos tensores
a fin de devolverla a su correcta posición.
