Dough Hook Tips
Dough Hook is for recipes that requires kneading. Use with Bowl Scraper to remove dough from sides of Bowl.
• Mixer Head locks down for thorough mixing.
• Always stay near Mixer during use.
• For best results, use the Flat Beater to mix dry and wet ingredients until incorporated. Switch to Dough Hook to
complete the kneading process.
• Kneading dough can take anywhere from 2-15 minutes, depending on dough recipe. Most properly kneaded dough will
clear sides of Bowl and spring back when gently pressed. Be careful not to over-knead.
Whisk Tips
• Whisk is designed to whip liquids, such as egg whites and cream. Do not use Whisk for mixing thick mixtures, such as
dough, fudge, or mashed potatoes.
• The Whisk attachment is designed to whisk a minimum of 2 large egg whites or 1 cup (237 mL) of cream. Mixer
performance is enhanced as tip of Whisk is immersed into liquid. If smaller quantities are needed, a hand mixer is
recommended.
• DO NOT use with Bowl Scraper.
