How to Use
8. Ensure Speed Control knob is in
OFF ( ) position. Plug into outlet.
12. Add ingredients. Press Head Lift
button and tilt Mixer Head down.

9. Speed Control should always be
set on lowest speed for starting,
then gradually moved to desired
higher speed to avoid splashing
ingredients out of Bowl.
13. When finished mixing, turn Speed
Control to OFF ( ). Unplug.
10. During mixing, grasp Handles on
Bowl Scraper and move from side
to side to scrape around sides
of Bowl. This action can also be
performed when Mixer is turned
off.
14. Lift Mixer Head up. To remove
attachment, turn counterclockwise
and pull straight down.
11. OPTIONAL: If stopping mixer to
add additional ingredients to Bowl,
always turn Speed Control to OFF
( ). Press Head Lift button and tilt
Mixer Head up.
15. For best results, remove Bowl
Scraper before removing mixture
from Bowl.
