Inline filter replacement
If the inline filter is used, it must be replaced annually.
Additional transducers may be purchased at
www.dimplex.com/replacement-parts (500002674).
Transducer replacement
After prolonged use, the ability for the unit to produce
mist may become reduced. If cleaning does not improve
the performance of the flame effect, replacement of the
transducer may be required. This unit comes with replacement
transducers. Additional transducers may be purchased at
www.dimplex.com/replacement-parts (9601210100RP).
To remove the transducer, release the retaining tab in the
sump and remove transducer.
Leak detector pad replacement
Once the leak detector pad gets wet and expands, the unit will not refill with
water. Extra pads are provided to keep on hand if the detector is activated. If
detector is activated due to a leak, disconnect power at service panel, resolve
the leak, and have the unit inspected by a reputable electrician before operating.
Servicing
Except for installation and cleaning described in this manual, qualified service personnel should perform any
other servicing.
