CAUTION: Ensure that the location of
the plumbing connection allows for easy
access to allow for shutoff during scheduled
maintenance.
!
NOTE: Once the new plumbing connections
are complete, ensure that the lines are flushed
to prevent any debris from entering the unit.
1. Turn off the main water supply and drain any standing
water from the line, if possible, before connecting the
water line.
2. Ensure that the plumbing cap is securely attached to the
top cover of the water reservoir.
3. Attach one end of the ¼" (6.4 mm) tubing to the ball
valve. Insert the tubing fully into the ball valve fitting
!
NOTE: Ensure that the end of the tubing is cut square to
prevent leaking.
4. The included inline filter is optional. If it is used, make
sure to install it with the flow arrow pointing in the correct
direction.
5. Route the tubing to the water source.
6. Verify that all of the connections are fully inserted.
For multi-unit installation, use a manifold-style plumbing
configuration to ensure consistent water volume and pressure
to each unit. Only one in-line filter should be connected.
