Connect power supply
WARNING: Use the appropriate wire to meet
local and national electrical codes for rated
power consumption.
WARNING: The installation must comply with
the applicable Local and/or National Electrical
Codes and utility requirements.
WARNING: This heater is not intended for use
with an extension cord. Plug the cord directly into
an appropriate grounded wall receptacle.

CAUTION: A dedicated, properly fused 15
Amp circuit is recommended, rated for 120 V.
A dedicated circuit will be required if, after
installation, the circuit breaker trips or fuse
blows on a regular basis when the heater is
operating. Additional appliances on the same
circuit may exceed the current rating of the
circuit breaker.
1. Remove the electrical cover and cable plate.
• If using the power cord accessory, proceed to step 3.
2. Install a cable connector (not included), suitable for mounting
in a
/
in (22 mm) hole, to the cable plate and feed the supply

cable through the connector. Ensure the cable clamp grips only
the jacket of service cable.
3. Secure the cable plate.
4. Complete the wiring according to the diagram for 120 V
installation. Ensure all wire connections are tight.
5. Place all connections inside the junction box and secure the
electrical cover.
When installing multiple cassettes side by side to elongate the flame
effect, they will need to be wired in parallel.
