ASSEMBLY
 Place a large spacer over the end of the lower brace.
 Insert a hex bolt through the bottom of the right outer
tube, the large spacer, and into the lower brace. Tighten
securely. Repeat for the other side.
 With the curved ends turned downward, secure the upper
tubes to the WSUV
™
spacers, and nuts.
NOTE: The upper tube with the tab should be installed
on the right.

ASSEMBLY
 Slide a large washer, wheel, and small washer onto an
axle. Secure in place using nut. Repeat with the second
wheel.
