12 - MAINTENANCE PLAN

periodic maintenance on the same.
With the exception of the ordinary cleaning of the window, by the

Check the stability of the automation and check the tightness of all the screws
•
Check the correct alignment of the panels and their stroke, if necessary act on the runners and limit
switches

Check the wear of the runner wheels
•
Check the correct tensioning of the belt
•
Clean the internal sliding track and the runner wheels

Clean the floor sliding runner

Clean the radars and photocells
Door connected to the power supply:

Check the correct operation of the command and safety devices (radar and photocells)

Check the stability of the doors: during operation they must slide smoothly and evenly, without fric-
tion and jolts

If present, check the correct operation of the electric lock and release
•
If present, check the condition of the batteries and correct functioning of the charging device
•
Check that the forces generated by the door comply with the requirements indicated in the current
standards (EN16005)
Every 1,000,000 cycles replace the belt, runners, gearmotor
and control unit.
The table shows the maintenance intervals referring to standard
owner, all maintenance activities must be carried out by a qualified
professional, who must respect the indications in the table below:
