Description
The icons that deliver information from the Connect ECU UI module are
explained in the instructions for use provided with the Connect ECU UI module.
The following symbols deviate from what is shown on the Connect ECU UI
module:

Risk of incorrect information
If the connection to the Connect ECU UI module is interrupted, the In-Mask
Display will show "---" instead of the residual pressure. In this case, there will
also be other information that is not transferred from the Connect ECU UI
module. The information will continue to be shown on the Connect ECU UI
module.
► If "---" is shown on the In-Mask Display, read the required information from
the Connect ECU UI module.
The following times can be shown on the In-Mask Display:

Time to whistle
–
Time to retreat
–
Elapsed time
The time shown always corresponds to the time that was last shown on the
Connect ECU UI module.
3.5 Intended use
The Dräger FPS IMD In-Mask Display and the Dräger UCF FireCore thermal
imaging camera form a system for capturing and displaying thermal images.
3.6 Limitations on intended use
The In-Mask Display can only display thermal images when it is paired with the
Dräger UCF FireCore thermal imaging camera.
When the In-Mask Display is used in a mask/helmet combination, only a
positive-pressure mask must be used.
