Possible Cause
• Air inlet temperature sensor error.
• Drying module sensor error.
• Heater is loose or damaged.
• Abnormal circulation fan speed.
• Drying temperature protection due
to factors such as power grid voltage
fluctuations.
• Abnormal regenerative fan speed.
• Reminder that laundry detergent is low.
Solution
• Power off the washing machine and restart. If the issue persists, please contact
customer service.

• Press and hold the Power button to power off the washing machine, then select a
single drying mode to continue.

off the washing machine, remove clothes, run 1-2 cycles of Wash Mode - Drum
Cleaning, then select a single drying mode to continue.
• During the drying process, make sure the faucet is turned on and the water supply
is normal.
• If this does not solve the problem, contact customer service.
• Power off the washing machine and restart. If the issue persists, please contact
customer service.
• Add laundry detergent up to the MAX level line. If the light continues to flash,
contact customer service.
