To replace the front wheel
Check the wheels at 200-hour intervals. Check that the front
wheels turn freely. If a wheel does not turn freely, replace it.
1. Raise the arm of the wheel that requires replacement using an
automotive jack. Use only recommended jack point shown in
Fig. 29a.
2. Use the 18 mm wrench (not supplied) to stabilize the screw
first and then loosen and remove the nut on the other side
with another 18 mm wrench.
3. Pull the wheel in a forward or downward direction, out of the
yoke (Fig. 29b). Replace the front wheel.
4. When installing the new wheel, take care of the nut direction
and tighten it with a torque wrench (see Fig. 29a). The
recommended torque for the front wheel nut is 66-70 ft-lb
(90-95 Nm).
