LIMITS ON WORKPIECE SIZE
The main restriction on the size of the part to be welded is
its thickness, which is limited by the power of the equipment.
At higher power you will be able to make correct welds (with
adequate penetration of the weld bead) on thicker pieces. The
following table can serve as a guide.:

5.- OPERATION DETAILS

WELDING MODES
To change between welding modes it is necessary to
press "7".
PULSED MMA
Electrode welding using pulsed wave.
The pulsed wave can be from 10Hz to 40Hz. The pulsed wave
repeats periodically between the selected ampere values and
zero, the repetition rate is given by Hz. This welding is used on
narrow profiles, giving the material time to cool. in each period.
Rotating "6" selects the maximum amperes and pressing "6" and
rotating selects the Hertz (Hz)
MMA SYN
The synergistic electrode welding helps the configuration of the
parameters, adjusting the thickness of the electrode using "8"
limits you the amperes or choose and calibrate
the output voltage automatically.
MANUAL MMA
Traditional electrode welding, with "6" the output amperes are
regulated.
TIG PULSED
Pulsed tungsten electrode welding.
It is necessary to use the specific TIG torch for this equipment
and Argon gas that is connected directly to the torch.

Traditional tungsten electrode welding
It is necessary to use the specific TIG torch for this equipment
and Argon gas that is connected directly to the torch.
For MMA welding with electrode, the equipment has two self-
adjustable parameters that facilitate the creation of the welding
bead.

OTHER PARAMETERS.
2T/4T DRIVE
You can change between 2T and 4T by pressing "9".
Mode 2T (2 tiempos)
Welding is activated while the trigger on the electrode clamp
(MMA HF) or the TIG torch (TIG HF) is pressed. When you
release the trigger on the clamp/torch, welding will stop.
Mode 4T (4 times)
Welding is activated by pressing the button on the electrode
clamp (MMA HF) or torch (TIG HF, TIG) once, to stop welding it
is necessary to press the button again.
HF DRIVE
HF mode is activated and deactivated by pressing "10".
With HF activated, "ON". To start welding, it is not necessary to
touch the material to be welded with the electrode or tungsten.
By activating the button on the electrode clamp or TIG torch,
at a distance of approximately 1cm, the arc will start without
touching the material, making it easier and more uniform to
start and leaving a higher quality weld bead.
ARC FORCE
Self-adjusting parameter that facilitates the stability of the welding
bead. The equipment increases or decreases the current if the
distance from the electrode to the piece to be welded increases
or decreases, maintaining the same heat transfer at all times
between the electrode and the piece to be welded.
HOT START
Self-adjusting parameter that facilitates the start of the welding
bead. When starting welding, the output current self-adjusts to
make starting the bead easier.
6. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, LUBRICATION,
SHARPENING.
- Do not disassemble the machine without permission, as this
may damage the machine.
- When moving the machine, make sure it is switched off.
Do not block the fan of the machine in operation or touch the fan
position. Check the ventilation before each use.
- For cleaning always switch off the equipment and wait at least
10 minutes to ensure that the power capacitors are discharged.
Regularly clean your welding equipment to remove dirt, debris or
metal shavings that may clog the machinery. Wipe the housing
with a slightly damp cloth. Depending on the pollution of the
working environment or at least every 1000 hours. Clean the
interior with dry compressed air, removing the upper casing
and removing dust, metal pollution and lint, paying particular
attention to heatsinks and fan. Use a soft brush or compressed
air to clean fans, vents or cooling filters.
- Regularly inspect the soldering cables for any damage or wear.
Replace any cables that show signs of damage, such as fraying,
s or cracks.
- Regularly check consumables such as tips, nozzles and
