Decant(rpm) Rotation speed for the decanting of the excess during a washing cycle. Adjustable from 100 RPM
to 1500 RPM, in single digit steps. Preset to 425 RPM.
DSpinDown Centrifugation run, to centrifuge the droplets down on the tube wall, activate or deactivate.
Adjustable ON or OFF. Preset to ON.
ON = a centrifugation run is performed.
OFF = no centrifugation run is performed.
The program parameter DSpinDown can only be selected if the global parameter D.SpinDown
(s) does not have the value 0.
SalSusp/ml Filling volume of saline solution per fuse (for the production of the suspension). Adjustable from 0
- 5 ml, in 0.1ml increments. If the decimal place is greater than zero, it is indicated by a + sign,
e.g. 1.7 = 1+.
0.0 = no saline solution is filled.
The program parameter SalSusp/ml can only be selected if the global parameter SuspensionM
has the value "YES".
Agit.Spin Switches the shaking that is performed before the centrifugation run for the agglutination reaction
ON or OFF. Adjustable ON or OFF. Preset to ON.
ON = shaking is performed. OFF = shaking is not performed.
The program parameter Agit.Spin can only be selected if the global parameter Agit.SpinM has
the value "YES".
Spin(rpm) Revolutions per minute for the centrifugation cycle for the agglutination reaction. A numerical
value of 500 RPM to 3500 RPM can be set in increments of 10.
Tspin(min), Time for the centrifugation cycle for the agglutination reaction. Adjustable from 0 - 9 min 59 s,
Tspin(sec) either in 1 second or 1 minute increments. 0:00 = a centrifugation run is not performed.
SpinDecant Switches the decanting after the centrifugation run for the agglutination reaction ON or OFF.
Adjustable ON or OFF. Preset to OFF.
ON = decanting is performed. OFF = decanting is not performed.
The program parameter SpinDecant can only be selected if the global parameter SpinDecantM
has the value "YES".
PROG = X Program position on which the program is stored. 5 programs can be stored (program positions 1
- 2 -3 - 4 - 5).
