A suspension can be produced with or without a previous washing process. At a speed of 1100 RPM the tubes are
filled with a selectable amount of saline solution. The production of a suspension can be selected or deselected.
Select suspension:
Set the global parameter SuspensionM. to "YES", and in the program parameter SalSusp/ml adjust the filling
volume.
Deselect suspension:
Either set the global parameter SuspensionM. to "NO" or set the program parameter SalSusp/ml to "0".
The shaking after the production of the suspension can be selected or deselected.
Select shaking:
In the global parameter Susp.Agit. adjust the number of shaking movements.
Deselect shaking:
Set the global parameter Susp.Agit. to "0".

Select shaking:

program parameter Agit.Spin to "ON".
Deselect shaking:
Set the global parameter Agit.SpinM. to "YES" and the program parameter Agit.Spin to "OFF".
The decanting of the excess after the centrifugation run can be selected or deselected.
Select decanting:
Set the global parameter SpinDecantM. to "YES" and the program parameter SpinDecant to "ON".
Deselect decanting:
Either set the global parameter SpinDecantM. to "NO" or set the global parameter SpinDecantM. to "YES" and the
