Every 1000 operating hours, at least once every 2 years.

Inspect the impeller
• Inspect the impeller for damage.
• Replace the impeller if necessary.

Replacing the impeller
• Lubricate the impeller with glycerine or
silicon spray.
• Push the impeller onto the pump shaft.
(when replacing the old impeller, fit this
in the same direction on the pump shaft
as before).

• Refit the cover, always use a new O-
ring.
• Fill the cooling system.
