Remove and clean the oval rotors (see chap. "9.4 Replace the rotors").
Add a strainer of 75 µm upstream of the device.
Clean the strainer.
Replace the rotors (see chap. "10 Spare parts and accessories" and "9.4
Replace the rotors").
Clean the strainer.
Use rotors for fluids with a viscosity > 1000 mPa.s.
Verify specifications, adjust the device or the flow rate (see chap. "6.3 Fluid
data").
Slowly drain air from the pipe.
Verify the assembly of the rotors in the fitting (see chap. "9.4 Replace the
rotors").
Make sure that the device has been wired correctly (see chap. "7.3 Wiring").
Replace the cover with electronic module (see chap. "10 Spare parts and
accessories" and "9.5 Replace the cover with electronic module").
