17.8.3 Thicknessing

Wood feed device: The wood is automatically fed by two spring-loaded rollers. Press the
workpiece against the thicknessing table only until the workpiece is gripped by the feed roller.
Allow the workpiece to pass through without pushing.
A long workpiece should be supported both when entering and leaving the machine to avoid
"heels" at the end of the wood.
