INSTRUCTIONS
Step 3 – Upper Crossbar
Parts (x1) D (crossbar)
(x4) L (75 mm screw)
(x4) J (nut)
(x4) M (small washer)
 Note: The rack upper crossbar
should be connected at a distance
of at-least 250 mm (9
the bottom crossbar. Whenever
possible, divide the height of the
rack into three parts for optimal
spacing between the crossbars.
5. Connect the upper crossbar to the
center spacers, leaving the top
spacers free.
6. Tighten the connecting fasteners
and nuts of both crossbars. This
determines the width of the rack,
which is very important when
connecting the rack to the van.
INSTALLING THE RACK IN THE VAN
WARNING
Bend the ends of the EcoFix fasteners to 45 degrees only. Do NOT bend them to 90 degrees.
Bend only one time. Do NOT rebend.

1. Bend the EcoFix fasteners to 45
degrees at both ends.
This can be done using a table or
bench vise, vise-grips, clamps, or
similar.
