USO DELLA LAVAPAVIMENTI
Precauzioni necessarie
1. La lavapavimenti deve essere usata solo da persone competenti e responsabili.
2. Quando si lascia la lavapavimenti incustodita, occorre togliere la chiave 7 ed
arrestarla con la leva 9 posta sul freno 8 (fi g.3).
3. Non parcheggiare in zone vietate, davanti a porte, estintori, in pendenza, ecc.
4. Quando la lavapavimenti é a riposo, sollevare le spazzole e teripavimento onde
evitare deformazioni alle setole e alle gomme.
5. Non fermare la macchina in pendenza.
6. Non utilizzare la macchina in luoghi bui qualora la macchina sia sprovvista di
illuminazione.
7. Non utilizzare la macchina su superfi ci sconnesse o scivolose o in vicinanza di
dislivelli non protetti dove vi sia il rischio di ribaltamento.
8. È vietato il trasporto di persone oltre al conducente.
9. È vietato l'uso della macchina in ambienti pericolosi con presenza di vapori e fumi
tossici ecc., dal momento che la macchina è priva di cabina chiusa.
10. Usare la massima cautela in caso di avvicinamento a scaffali o ad oggetti accatastati.

RIMA DI USARE LA LAVAPAVIMENTI CONTROLLARE IL LIVELLO DEL LIQUIDO NELLA BATTERIA
NORME PER LA MESSA IN
FUNZIONE DELLA LAVAPAVIMENTI
Punti per la prima messa in funzione della lavapavimenti.
1. Accertarsi che il serbatoio 2 (vedi fi g.4) dell'acqua di recupero sia vuoto.
2. Riempire il serbatoio d'acqua pulita 1 (vedi fi g.4).
3. Verifi care che le spazzole siano sollevate da terra (potenziometro 3 fi g. 3).
4. Verifi care che il pedale freno 8 (fi g. 3) sia sbloccato.
5. Inserire la chiave 7 (fi g. 3) nel quadro generale e ruotarla in senso orario (con questa
operazione si darà corrente alla apparecchiatura di comando generale).
6. Inserire l'aspirazione mediante l'interruttore 5 (fi g. 3).
7. Inserire la rotazione delle spazzole mediante l'interruttore 4 (fi g. 3).
8. Aprire e regolare la soluzione mediante leva 20a ed asta 20b (fi g. 3)
9. Abbassare le spazzole regolando la pressione delle stesse sul terreno mediante il
potenziometro 3 (fi g. 3).
10. Premere gradualmente sul pedale 10 (fi g. 3) per l'avanzamento e la velocità desiderati.

OPERATORE CORRETTAMENTE
USING THE SCRUBBER
1. The scrubber must only be used by competent, responsible persons.
2. When the scrubber is left unattended, remove the key 7 (fi g. 3) and brake it using the
lever 9 on the brake 8 (fi g. 3).
3. Not parking in prohibited areas, in front of doors, extinguishers, on slopes, etc..
4. When the scrubber is not in use, the brushes and the squeegee must be raised to
avoid deformation of the bristles and rubbers.
5. Never stop the machine on slopes.
6. Not use the machine in dark areas if the machine does not have the lights.
7. Not use the machine on rough or slippery areas, close to different heights with the
rollover risk.
8. The transport of the persons is prohibited.
9. Not use the machine if it is unprovided of cabin in dangerous areas with toxic vapours.
10. Take care in case of near shelves or stacked objects.

CHECK THE LEVEL OF FLUID IN THE BATTERY
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STARTING UP THE
SCRUBBER
1. Make sure that the recovered water tank 2 (see fi gure 4) is empty.
2. Fill the clean water tank 1 (see fi gure 4).
3. Check that the brushes are raised above the ground (trimmer 3 fi g. 3).
4. Check that the brake pedal 8 (fi g. 3) is released.
5. Insert the key 7 (fi g. 3) into the general control panel and turn it clockwise (this will
supply power to the general control equipment).
6. Activate the suction system using switch 5 (fi g. 3).
7. Activate brush rotation using switch 4 (fi g. 3).
8. Turn on and adjust the solution using the lever 20a and rod 20b (fi g. 3).
9. Lower the brushes and adjust the pressure on the fl oor using the trimmer 3 (fi g. 3).
10. Gradually press the pedal 10 (fi g. 3) to obtain the travel direction and speed desired.
