MOVIMENTAZIONE MACCHINA IMBALLATA
La macchina giunge imballata su pallet.
Il peso e le dimensioni sono riportate nelle CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE.
Le forche del carrello o del transpallet devono essere posizionate in modo che il centro
dell'imballo sia circa al centro delle forche stesse. Il collo deve essere movimentato con
estrema attenzione, evitando urti e di alzarlo ad altezze considerevoli.
É vietato sovrapporre i colli fra loro.
INDICAZIONI PER DISIMBALLARE LA MACCHINA
Lo sballaggio della macchina va effettuato con attenzione e delicatezza.
Per prima cosa vanno tolte, sulla base del cartone, le graffette che uniscono il cartone al
pallet, quindi si solleva il cartone. Appare così la macchina tenuta ferma da staffe sulle
ruote che devono essere tolte.
Rimuovere le staffe sulle ruote.
A questo punto la macchina deve essere portata a livello del suolo a mezzo di una rampa
metallica o di legno.
MOVIMENTAZIONE MACCHINA DISIMBALLATA
La macchina sballata, deve essere controllata e devono essere montate le batterie se non
già installate. Qualora debba essere movimentata dopo un utilizzo per un breve trasporto
staccare i cavi batterie e togliere spazzole e tergipavimento, per un trasporto molto lungo
é conveniente imballare nuovamente la macchina nella scatola originale sul pallet. Si fa
presente che si può spostare la macchina a spinta per brevi tratti.
SOLLEVAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Per il sollevamento, l'operazione deve essere fatta con mezzi omologato e di adeguata
portata.
TRASPORTO DELLA MACCHINA
Qualora la macchina debba essere trasportata é IMPORTANTE:
1) VERIFICARE CHE I SERBATOI SOLUZIONE (ACQUA PULITA) E RECUPERO
(ACQUA SPORCA) SIANO VUOTI.
2) SOLLEVARE LE SPAZZOLE E IL TERGIPAVIMENTO.
3) FRENARE IN POSIZIONE DI STAZIONAMENTO LA LAVASCIUGA
4) FISSARE CON APPOSITE CINGHIE LA MACCHINA AL MEZZO DI TRASPORTO.
HANDLING THE MACHINE IN ITS PACKAGING
The machine is delivered packed on a pallet. The weight and dimensions are provided in
the Technical Data. The forks of the lift-truck or pallet trolley must be positioned so that the
centre of the machine is halfway between them.
The pack must be hadled with great care, avoiding knocks. Do not lift it unnecessarily or to
excessive heights. Packs may not be stacked.
UNPACKING THE MACHINE
The machine must be unpacked carefully and gently. First remove the staples connecting
the bottom of the box to the pallet and lift off the box. The machine will now be in view,
secured by brackets on the wheels, which must be removed. The machine must now be
brought to ground level using a metal or wooden ramp
HANDLING THE MACHINE AFTER UNPACKING
After unpacking, check the machine and fi t the batteries, if not already installed. If the
machine has to be transported short distances after use, disconnect the battery wires and
remove the brushes and squeegee blade. Before transporting it over long distances, the
machine should be returned to its original packaging. The machine can be pushed short
distances.
LIFTING THE MACHINE
Use approved vehicles for lifting the machine, be sure about their lifting capability.
TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE
When the machine must be transported it is very IMPORTANT follow these instructions:
1) MAKE SURE THAT BOTH THE CLEAN WATER AND DIRT WATER TANKS ARE
EMPTY.
2) LIFT THE BRUSHES AND SQUEEGEE.
3) LOCK THE MACHINE IN PARKING BRAKE POSITION.
4) LOCK THE MACHINE WITH PROPER BELTS ON THE TRANSPORT VEHICLE.
