Base in the Drive
Position (see pg. 33):
1. Using the Recline
Adjustment
Handle (see
pg. 24), adjust
the Adapter
recline angle to one of the three recline
positions to achieve the correct angle
for your child's weight as shown on the
Recline Indicator
below.
• BLUE zone:
1.8 - 9 kg
(4 - 20 lbs)
GREEN
• zone:
9 - 15.8 kg
(20 - 35 lbs)

2. Release Recline Adjustment Handle to
lock Adapter in place.
Be sure to recheck the recline angle
with the child secured in place (see pgs.
62-65).
If Recline Angle is not correct after
installation:
• Readjust using Recline Adjustment
Handle, or
• Use a tightly rolled towel or pool
noodle under the Base, near the
vehicle seat back, as shown below.
