To change the temperature (or Power level) and cook time during cooking

Use the Dial to select the temperature/power level/cooking time on display
and press the Dial.

Convection
The heating elements generate heat, which is evenly distributed inside the oven
by the convection fan. Use this mode for biscuits, individual scones, rolls, and
cakes as well as fruit cakes, choux, and soufflés.
