19 Care and maintenance
Please keep attention to the
current safety regulations at all
care and maintenance works .
The machine requires minimum of care and
maintenance. Only a few items should be
checked to ensure a trouble free long term
operation:
19 .1 Check regularly
‰ Check the following points for damage be-
fore starting up the welding machine:
– Mains plug and cable
– Welding torch and connections
– Ground cable and connection
– Keyboard membrane and control pa-
nel
 Once or twice a year please clean the ma-
chine with dry low compressed air. Switch
off the machine and pull out the plug first.
Blow the compressed air through the front
cooling ribs. Do not open the machine.
 Never blow the compressed air through
the cooling ribs at the back side of the ma-
chine, because the internal fan could be
damaged.

In observance
2012/19/EU on waste, electrical and elec-
tronic equipment and its implementation in
accordance with national law, electric tools
that have reached the end of their service
life must be collected separately and retur-
ned to an environmentally compatible recy-
cling facility.
