The Special Features menu can be used to select the following special oven features:

To select special features, follow the steps below:

Once this choice has been set, the oven will memorize the new preset temperature at each cooking
over 5 minutes. If there are more temperature changes, the last one over 5 minutes is stored.

Once this choice has been set, all the preset temperatures are fixed (if they have been changed in
SET USER, otherwise they remain unchanged) and they cannot be changed until you return to SET
USER.
