Die Auswahl der Werkzeugtypen und
die Bestückungsanordnung ist einer
der wichtigsten Faktoren für ein opti-
males Arbeiten mit der Fräsmaschine
ES-200.
Ein falsche Bestückungsanord-
nung der Frästrommel führt zu
extrem hohen Verschleissraten
und verminderter Fräsleistung.
Bestückungspläne siehe Kap. 10.
7.6 Austausch der Frästrommel.
Vor Beginn jeder Instandsetzung an
der Anlage und deren Antrieben ist die
Anlage gegen unbeabsichtigtes Ein-
schalten zu sichern. Anlage in Sicher-
heits-Nullstellung bringen. Kap. 2.5
Ausbau:
1) Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrau-
ben der Seitenplatte vom Gehäuse
und entfernen Sie diese, indem Sie
die Platte von dem Maschinenge-
häuse abziehen (Bild 7.1)
2) Ziehen Sie die Frästrommel seit-
lich von der Antriebswelle herun-
ter. (Bild 7.2)

facteurs importants pour un travail opti-
mal avec la fraiseuse ES-200.
Une mauvaise disposition de
l'équipement du tambour de fraise
entraînera des taux d'usure extrê-
mement élevés et une réduction de la
capacité de fraisage. Pour les plans
d'équipement, voir le chap. 10.
7.6 Remplacement du tambour de
fraise
Avant toute réparation sur l'installation et
ses moteurs, prévenir toute mise en
marche inopinée. Mettre l'installation en
position zéro de sécurité. Chap. 2.5.
Démontage :
1) Desserrez les vis de fixation sur le
carter et enlevez-les en retirant la
plaque du carter de machine (fig.
7.1).
2) Retirez le tambour de fraise latérale-
ment par rapport à l'arbre
d'entraînement en le tirant vers le bas
(fig. 7.2).

Incorrect component arrange-
ments for the milling drum leads
to extreme wearing rates and
reduces the milling performance.

mounting diagrams.
7.6 Replacing the milling drum
Before beginning any repair work on
the machine and its drives, make
sure that it cannot be switched on
accidentally. Set the machine to the
emergency off position.

Dismantling:
1) Unscrew the fastening screws for
the side panel and remove the
panel by pulling it away from the
machine housing (Fig 7.1).
2) Pull the milling drum off the drive
shaft. (Fig. 7.2)
