7.5 Bestückung der Frästrommel
Die dem Handbuch beiliegenden Bestü-
ckungsbeispiele sind von uns getestet
worden und zeichnen sich durch ein
gleichmässiges Fräsbild aus.
Die Auswahl der Werkzeugtypen und die
Bestückungsanordnung ist einer der
wichtigsten Faktoren für ein optimales
Arbeiten mit der Fräsmaschine RT-2000.
Ein falsche Bestückungsanordnung der
Frästrommel führt zu extrem hohen Ver-
schleissraten und verminderter Fräsleis-
tung. Bestückungspläne siehe Kap. 10.
7.6 Austausch der Frästrommel.
Vor Beginn jeder Instandsetzung an der
Anlage und deren Antrieben ist die Anla-
ge gegen unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten
zu sichern. Anlage in Sicherheits-
Nullstellung bringen. Kap. 2.5
Ausbau:
Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben
der Seitenplatte vom Gehäuse und ent-
fernen Sie diese, indem Sie die Platte
von dem Maschinengehäuse abziehen

Ziehen Sie die Frästrommel seitlich von
der Antriebswelle herunter. (Bild 7.2)

7.5 Equipement du tambour de fraise
Les exemples d'équipement joints au
manuel ont été testés par nos soins et se
caractérisent par la régularité du frai-
sage.
La sélection des types d'outils et la dis-
position de l'équipement font partie des
facteurs importants pour un travail opti-
mal avec la fraiseuse RT-2000.
Une mauvaise disposition de
l'équipement du tambour de fraise ent-
raînera des taux d'usure extrêmement
élevés et une réduction de la capacité de
fraisage. Pour les plans d'équipement,
voir le chap. 10.
7.6 Remplacement du tambour de
fraise
Avant toute réparation sur l'installation et
ses moteurs, prévenir toute mise en
marche inopinée. Mettre l'installation en
position zéro de sécurité. Chap. 2.5.
Démontage :
Desserrez les vis de fixation sur le carter
et enlevez-les en retirant la plaque du
carter de machine (fig. 7.1).
Retirez le tambour de fraise latéralement
par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement en le
tirant vers le bas (fig. 7.2).

7.5 Equipment for the milling
drum
The component examples enclosed
with the Manual have been tested
by us and are display an even mill-
ing pattern.
The selection of tool types and the
component arrangement are among
the most important factors for opti-
mum working with the RT-2000
milling machine.
Incorrect component arrangements
for the milling drum leads to extre-
me wearing rates and reduces the
milling performance. See Chapter
10 for component mounting dia-
grams.
7.6 Replacing the milling drum
Before beginning any repair work on
the machine and its drives, make
sure that it cannot be switched on
accidentally. Set the machine to the
emergency off position. Chap. 2.5.
Dismantling:
Unscrew the fastening screws for
the side panel and remove the pan-
el by pulling it away from the ma-
chine housing (Fig 7.1).
Pull the milling drum off the drive
shaft. (Fig. 7.2)
