f Pull the internal hose of the air hose slightly out of the exter- f
nal hose and thermal insulation.
f Invert the internal hose halfway down the connector. f
f Seal the transition from the internal hose to the connector f
with self-adhesive thermal insulation tape.
f Pull the external hose and the thermal insulation below it f
over the connector.
f Tuck the thermal insulation into the outer hose in such a way f
that the thermal insulation is no longer visible.

f Seal the transition from the external hose to the connector f
with self-adhesive thermal insulation tape.
f Secure the external hose with the hose clip to the connector. f
f The air hose tends to sag because of its flexibility. Secure it f
at intervals of approx. 1 m.
f Insulate the air duct and all connections in line with insula- f
tion standards if used for waste heat or outside air to prevent
condensation on these components.
Material losses
!
If the air duct and its connections are not insulated,
condensate may form on the air duct depending on the
appliance operating mode. Condensate can damage the
appliance. Dripping condensate can damage furniture or
floor coverings.
f Insulate the air duct, including the air connector to f
the appliance, so that it is vapour diffusion-proof.
