11.1 Measured value status (PV_STATUS)
Meaning of "Quality" (Bit 6 and 7):
0: Bad – No measured value transmission.
1: Uncertain – Measurement quality lower than normal.
2: Good – Measurement quality good, but alarm condition could be present.

NaN Start sequence active.
Start sequence failed, no EC sensing head
detected.
