Loosen lower arm support knob to adjust lower arm support height (A1-A2). Tighten knob.

Head and breast thermoplastics can be attached to C-Qual™ by inserting into attachment points (See thermoplastics instruction).

Prior to removing C-Qual™ from couchtop, lock tilting board to lower board.

Inspect device for damage such as cracks or breakage. If damage is evident, discontinue use and contact CIVCO Radiotherapy for further instructions as needed.

Wipe all surfaces with common germicidal or antiseptic wipe, such as alcohol. If necessary, disinfect with a mild, non-abrasive cleanser.

Wipe dry with lint-free cloth or allow to air dry prior to reassembly and use.
MAINTENANCE
Inspect device periodically for signs of damage and general wear.
NOTE:

Inspect arm supports for damage and wear. Clean to remove grease and contaminates from arm support components.

STORAGE
Wrap device in clean soft cloth to prevent scratching. Store in cool, dry place.
NOTE:
l
Before C-Qual™ storage holder installation, consult your facility's manager.
l
Device should be stored on C-Qual™ storage rack.
