Gearbox
• With using a grease pump, feed lubricating grease into the gearbox until grease come out
of the base of blade. (Fig. 11)

Blade
• Remove any organic matter or debris from the cutting blade with a wire brush.
• Make sure the blade bolts are well tightened.
• Use machine oil bottle to apply lubricating oil on the blade. (Fig. 12a)
• Sharpen the blade, if necessary. (Fig. 12b)

Maintain the file or disk grinder at an angle of 45° to the blade surface.

Grind in the direction of the cutting edge. If file is used, file in one direction only.

Remove as little material as possible.

Problems
Engine not starting
Engine does not reach

6.3- Storage
• Clean the product before storage.
• Perform maintenance operations before storage.
• For prolonged storage, empty the fuel tank and lubricate the moving parts.
• Remove the spark plug.
• Check and ensure the On/Off switch (4) is set at "OFF" position.
• Product must be stored in a dry, clean environment protected from dust. Always lock up
product and keep out of reach of children.
• Keep the product, instruction manual and accessories in the original packaging.
• Position the machine so that the engine is level.
• The engie must be cooled down before storage.
• Cover engine well to prevent dust.

Faulty spark plug

Clogged air filter
Wrong fuel mixing
Worn engine cylinder or piston

Solution
Refuel the tank
Remove the spark plug, then dry and restore.
Open the choke, pull starter handle for few times
