8.2 Manually starting the firmware update mode
How to proceed:
 H
1. Disconnect from the power supply.
2. Hold down the reset button.
3. Connect to the power supply again while pressing the reset button.
4. Release the reset button after approx. 2 seconds.
The InScenio EGC Controller changes to the firmware update mode. The LED on the InScenio EGC Con-
troller is lit yellow
5. Establish a WLAN connection with WLAN OASE_EGC_UPDATE_XXXXXX with the smartphone/tablet.
6. Start the firmware update via the app. (→ Updating the firmware)
The update is started.
The progress of the update is displayed.
The LED on the InScenio EGC Controller flashes yellow and green.
9 Maintenance and cleaning

Electrical current may cause death or severe injuries.
Disconnect the power plug before carrying out any work on the unit.
9.1 Cleaning the device
Clean the unit with a soft, clean and dry cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions.
These can attach the housing surface or impair the function.

The use of original parts from OASE ensures continued
safe and reliable operation of the unit.

11 Disposal
N O T E
Do not dispose of this unit with domestic waste.
Render the unit unusable beforehand by cutting the cables and dispose of the unit via the return sys-
tem provided for this purpose.
