7.3.2
Manually establishing a connection to the WLAN router (router/cloud mode)
"Settings" screen
Prerequisite:
The smartphone/tablet is directly connected to the InScenio EGC Controller (access point mode).
(→ Establishing a direct WLAN connection (access point mode))
Compatibility with the following WLAN standards: 802.11n+g+b
Exclusively in the frequency range 2.4 GHz.
How to proceed:
1. Tap
2. Select "Manual connection" in the query.
3. Enter the network name (SSID) of the router.
4. Enter the router password and confirm with "OK".
The InScenio EGC Controller indicates that it is establishing a connection by showing a yellow flashing
LED.
The connection is established when the LED on the InScenio EGC Controller flashes green slowly (2 sec-
onds on, 1 second off).
5. Connect the smartphone/tablet to the WLAN of the router.
The app "OASE Easy Control" can now connect to the InScenio EGC Controller via the router.
InScenio EGC Controller can now be controlled using the "OASE Easy Control" app.

Changing the network name
"Settings" screen
It can only be changed in access point mode. (→ Establishing a direct WLAN connection (access point mode))
How to proceed:
1. Touch
next to the "Network name (SSID)".
A prompt appears for the device password.
2. Enter a new network name and confirm with "change".
The InScenio EGC Controller indicates with a yellow lit LED that the password has been successfully
changed.
The WLAN connection to the InScenio EGC Controller is disconnected and restarted.
3. Establish the WLAN connection using the new network name.

Changing the WiFi passwort
"Settings" screen
It can only be changed in access point mode. (→ Establishing a direct WLAN connection (access point mode))
How to proceed:
1. Touch
next to the "WiFi password".
A prompt appears for the device password.
2. Enter the new WiFi password, repeat the entry and confirm with "Change".
The InScenio EGC Controller indicates with a yellow lit LED that the password has been successfully
changed.
The WLAN connection to the InScenio EGC Controller is disconnected and restarted.
3. Establish the WLAN connection using the new password.
