2. Intended purpose
The professional food processor is used to
mix, whisk, beat, stir, knead, and blend food.
These user instructions describe the basic
functions. There are also some example rec-
ipes for reference.
The device is designed for private, domestic
use. The device must only be used indoors.
This device must not be used for commercial
purposes.
Foreseeable misuse
WARNING! Risk of material dam-
age!
The food processor should not be used
continuously...
- with the mixing tools for longer than
10 minutes,
- with the blender jug for longer than
3 minutes,
- at maximum load (mixing/kneading
and blending simultaneously with
maximum filling levels) for longer than
30 seconds.
After this, the device must remain
switched off until it has cooled down to
room temperature.
Do not use the blender jug for process-
ing particularly hard foodstuffs, such as
frozen food, bones, nutmeg, cereals or
coffee beans.
