Grinding wheel replacement
Warning! Make sure the appliance is switched off and the battery is removed.

Use a screwdriver to remove the three screws
holding the guard and remove the guard.

Remove the cap holding the grinding wheel
and remove the grinding wheel.

Place a new grinding wheel on the spindle of
the chain sharpener.

Reinstall the cap to hold the grinding wheel
in place.
Hand tighten the cap.
Use a screwdriver to reinstall the guard at its
three mounting positions.
