10.3 Replacing the carriage
• The toothed belt is fixed to the car-
riage with two screws. Unfasten these
and remove the belt.
• Pull the carriage off the guide rails.
• Push on the new carriage.
• Use two (new) countersunk screws to
fasten the toothed belt to one end of
the new carriage.

When attaching the belt, make
sure that the switching magnet and
the lube nipples point in the direction
away from the drive end.
10.4 Replacing the toothed belt
• Follow the instructions as given in the
sections "Replacing the carriage"
(! 10.3), and "Replacing the idler
end enclosure" (! 10.2). In this
case, discard the old toothed belt and
fasten the new toothed belt to the old
carriage.
F The length of the toothed belt
must be a multiple of X.
Calculating the length of the
toothed belt
Example:
CKR 9-70, short carriage, L= 500 mm, X
L
= (2·L+88) mm.

= (2·500+88) mm = 1088 mm.

1088 mm / 3 = 362,67 ---> round up to a
multiple of 3 = 363 mm.
363 · 3 = 1089 mm = length of toothed belt.
10.3 Echange du plateau
• Retirer la courroie fixée par deux vis.
• Retirer le plateau des rails de guidage.
• Introduire un nouveau plateau.
• Fixer la courroie avec deux (nouvelles)
vis à tête plate sur un côté du nouveau
plateau.

Vérifier que l'aimant de commu-
tation ou les graisseurs sont tournés
vers le côté opposé à l'entraînement.
10.4 Echange de la courroie
crantée
• Tenir compte de tous les points des
chapitres « Echange du plateau »
(! 10.3) et « Echange de la tête
d'extrémité côté tendeur » (! 10.2)
Recycler l'ancienne courroie et fixer la
nouvelle courroie crantée sur l'ancien
plateau.
F La longueur de la courroie cran-
tée doit être un multiple de X.
Calcul de la longueur de la
courroie crantée
Exemple:
1)
= 3
CKR 9-70, plateau court, L= 500 mm, X
L
= (2·L+88) mm.

= (2·500+88) mm = 1088 mm.

1088 mm / 3 = 362,67 ---> arrondir à un
multiple de 3 = 363 mm.
363 · 3 = 1089 mm = longueur de la courroie
crantée.

10.3 Sostituire la tavola
• Allentare la cinghia dentata fissata
con altre due viti.
• Staccare la tavola dalle rotaie.
• Calzare la tavola nuova.
• Fissare la cinghia dentata con due
(nuove) viti a testa svasata su un lato
della tavola nuova.

All'occasione far attenzione che
il magnete di commutazione ovvero
i nippli ingrassatori indichino il lato
contrario a quello di azionamento.
10.4 Sostituire la cinghia
dentata
• Osservare tutti i punti come riportati
al capitolo "Sostituire la tavola"
(! 10.3), e "Sostituire la testata tendi-
cinghia" (! 10.2). Tuttavia scartare
la vecchia cinghia dentata e fissare la
nuova cinghia nella vecchia tavola.
F La lunghezza della cinghia den-
tata deve essere un multiplo di X.

Esempio:

CKR 9-70, tavola corta, L= 500 mm, X

= (2·L+88) mm.
