• Year is displayed when the phone is on-hooked.
• The number is displayed when there is a new call.
• The outgoing number is displayed when a phone number is dialed.
• The number of an incoming call is diplayed, if you press the "UP" or
"DOWN" key.
• The number of an outgoing call is displayed, if you press the "OUT
CHECK" key.
• Different setting status is displayed when the phone is being set for
various function.

Placing a call

Pick up the handset or press SPEAKER button on the base unit, the IN
USE LED light and a dial tone will be heard.
Dial the desired phone number.
Or
In standby mode, input the telephone number first, then press "REDIAL"
button.

Receiving a call

Pick up the handset or press SPEAKER button on the base unit, the IN
USE LED lights.
Start conversation.

Ending a call

Upon completion of a call, you can hang up by returning the handset back to its
cradle on the base unit if you are using the handset or press SPEAKER button if
you are using speakerphone.
Putting a call on hold (Telephone connected to
PABX)
Press the FLASH key during conversation. The call has now been put on
hold The external user receives waiting music or tones, according to the
telephone switch features and settings.
