Changing Stored Phone Numbers
Follow the steps described in "Storing Telephone Numbers into
Memory."
The new phone number will automatically replace the previous one.

Review the incoming call numbers

The FlyViewOperator stores the last 69 incoming calls. Numbers for
incoming calls can be reviewed by pressing "UP" or "DOWN" keys.
The date, incoming time and VIP and REP icons, if any, are displayed for
each number.
To cancel a reviewed number
A reviewed number can be canceled when "DELETE" key is pressed
once.
All incoming call numbers are cancelled when "DELETE" key is being
pressed for 3 seconds.
Note: To delete the VIP numbers follow the relative instructions.
Call back
Press "REDIAL" key.
Note: If you press "REDIAL" key for 2 seconds a "0" is added
before
through the PABX.
Note: If the line engagement code is programmed, this code is
automatically added before the number to call.
The phone makes the call in hands-free mode. Lift the handset to switch
to the handset mode.

VIP function

You can identify a number as VIP if you want to avoid deleting it from the list
of incoming calls by mistake or if you do not want to replace it with the
numbers of the following calls.
Press the "VIP" key when you receive a call or after you select it from
the list of incoming calls.
The number is marked with a "VIP" icon.
