Sanitization does not start
In addition to the faults listed in the
"hydromassage does not start", sec-
tion, refer to the below described
The Sanitization cycle

- check that the main switch is not off and/
or that the system is not faulty (contact your
trusted electrician)
- follow the instructions provided in the rela-
tive chapter
- add water until it covers the nozzles on the
backrest (refer also to the Chapter "Sanitization")
and press the key once again
- check that the main switch is not off and/
or that the system is not faulty (contact your
trusted electrician)
- add water within about 5 minutes from the
appearance of the warning (the function will
resume automatically); where this is not the
case, the function will be definitively reset
- contact an authorized Jacuzzi® service centre.
- wait a few seconds until the connection is es-
tablished;
- check that the main switch is not off and/
or that the system is not faulty (contact your
trusted electrician);
- try switching off and then on again the tub
and wait a few seconds until the connection is
established;
- once the tub is on and you have waited a
few seconds, try and press the "-" key until the
function keys light up;
- if this does not work, contact an authorized
Jacuzzi® service centre
