Adapter - Overload
Possible risk of personal injury
Do not apply power to EV 3000
through the self-test adapter
barrel connector unless the
circuit is protected by a fuse,
circuit breaker, or current-lim-
ited power supply. The fuse,
circuit breaker, or current-limit-
ed power supply must be set to
no more than 3 amps.

8.5.1
Remove Front Cover
Remove two M5 screws from the front

Prepare Cables for Connection

Use XLPE power cables or equivalent for AC
input connection.

If XLPE cable is not available, use suitable
liquid tight cable and hardware. The require-
ment of conduit must be according to local
laws and regulations.

Power cable outer diameter is between
32mm and 40mm.
Crimp 6.4mm inner diameter and 16.5mm

outer diameter terminals to L1, L2, L3 and

Connect Power Terminals
Using M6 screws, fasten L1, L2, L3, and

N wires onto the 4P terminal, and torque
each screw to 30Kgf.cm/5-15 secs (see
Fig. 10).

Using M5 screw, fasten PE wire to bus-bar,
and torque to: 27Kgf.cm/5-15 secs.
Fasten cable grand.
