Single Mode / Dual Mode
- Im Auslieferzustand ist das Gyro für Dual Mode Betrieb ver-
kabelt. Das Gyro ist also sowohl über das Heckservo mit
Kanal 4 des Empfängers als auch mit einem zusätzlichen
Kanal (Kanal 5) verbunden. Damit haben Sie die Möglich-
keit, über einen Kippschalter am Fernsteuersender zwischen
Standardmodus und Heading Lock Modus umzuschalten so-
wie die Empfindlichkeit des Gyro an einem Drehregler ein-
zustellen.
- Im Single Mode benötigt das Gyro nur den Kanal für das
Heckrotorservo am Empfänger. Das Gyro befindet sich so
automatisch im Heading Lock Modus, die Empfindlichkeit
kann nur direkt an den Reglern am Gyro eingestellt wer-
den.
Standardmodus/Heading Lock Modus
- Im Standardmodus wirkt das Gyro-System äusseren Stö-
reinflüssen auf die Steuerung entgegen, indem es den An-
stellwinkel der Heckrotorblätter verändert. Es sorgt außer-
dem dafür, dass die Drehbewegung direkt proportional zum
Steuerhebelausschlag bleibt.
- Im Heading Lock Modus bewirkt das Gyro System außer der
Dämpfung der Drehbewegung eine Rückstellung des Mo-
dells in die ursprünglich vorgegebene Richtung.
Kalibrierung des Gyro
Das Gyro kalibriert sich selbst, sobald der
Flugakku angesteckt wird. Während der Kalib-
rierung blinkt die LED. Bewegen Sie den Heli
nicht, bis der Vorgang beendet ist.
Dies dauert einige Sekunden.

ausschlag geben.
- Im Standardmodus wird das Servo rasch in die Neutralstel-
lung zurückgehen, im Heading Lock Modus wird es versu-
chen, den vollen Ruderausschlag beizubehalten.

Single Mode / Dual Mode
- The gyro is delivered wired for Dual Mode Operation. Thus,
the gyro is both connected via the tail servo to Channel 4 of
the receiver and to an additional channel (Channel 5). This
allows you to switch between the Standard Mode and the
Heading Lock Mode using a toggle switch on the remote-
control transmitter and to adjust the sensitivity of the gyro on
a rotary controller.
- In Single Mode, the gyro only requires the channel for the tail
rotor servo on the receiver. The gyro is thus automatically in
the Heading Lock Mode. The sensitivity can only be adjusted
directly using the regulators on the gyro.
Standard Mode / Heading Lock Mode
- In the Standard Mode, the gyro system counteracts external
perturbing influences on the control system by changing the
tail rotor blades' angle of attack. In addition, it also makes
sure the rotary motion remains directly proportional to the
deflection of the control lever.
- In the Heading Lock Mode, in addition to dampening the rota-
ry motion, the gyro system also causes the model to be reset
in the original direction given.
Calibration of the Gyro
The gyro calibrates itself as soon as the flight
battery is plugged in. The LED blinks during
calibration. Do not move the chopper until this
procedure has finished. This takes several se-
conds.

Disconnect the flight battery from the recei-
ver and to restart the calibration.
- Determine whether your transmitter is in the Standard Mode
or the Heading Lock Mode by briefly giving full rudder de-
flection.
- In the Standard Mode, the servo will rapidly return to the
neutral position, and in the Heading Lock Mode it will attempt
to maintain the full rudder deflection.
