Configure trigger

In this step of parameter setting you can set the trigger source and the trigger mode.
Trigger source
Via you determine which event will initiate an image capture and eval-
uation. You can select the trigger process by
• a positive edge on the external trigger input,
• a negative edge on the external trigger input or
• a process protocol command (only for the ASCII and the multidrop protocols).
By means of the Trigger read process selection field you can select if the read process
will be executed exactly once or continuously when triggered. A continuous read
process means that the image capture and evaluation will continue either until the
code has been read successfully or the time indicated in the Time limit input field
has been exceeded.
The state of the trigger source is indicated in the output window.
Furthermore a new image is captured and represented for checking and adjusting an
external trigger sensor with each new triggering.
