UTILISATION OF THE DISPLAY
To optimise the performance of your
vehicle, carefully read the characteristics
and functions of the installed display.
Information for the correct utilisation, in-
stallation, setting and normal use of the
display is reported as follows.
Display KM5S
Your display can be switched on and set
after switching on the battery:
•
Switching ON / Switching OFF the
display: keep the "MODE" button
pressed for 2 seconds. When the
display is on the bicycle is ready for
use.
NOTE:
If the bicycle is stopped for more than 10
minutes the display shuts down. When
switching on the display, the actual
speed appears expressed in km/h. Re-
peatedly pressing the "MODE" button,
the average speed (Km/h), the maxi-
mum speed (Km/h), the distance of the
total journey, the partial distance already

done and the partial time passed appear
in succession.
•
6km on foot:
Keep the "DOWN" button pressed for
2 seconds to enter into assisted power
mode. The writing "PUS" appears on the
display.
The bicycle travels at an uniform speed
of 6 Km/h.
NOTE:
This function can be used only when the
vehicle is pushed by hand. Please do not
use this function whilst riding.

Switching ON / Switching OFF of
the backlight of the display:
Access is gained to the backlight fun-
ction of the display by keeping the "UP"
button pressed for 2 seconds.

The backlight switches off by keeping
the "UP" button pressed for 2 seconds.

Selecting the motor's power ou-
tput:
The power output of the motor can be
modi¿ ed, from minimum power level 1 to
maximum power level 5 by pressing the
"UP" and "DOWN" button.
NOTE:
The default power output is set at 1.
