Descaling with the Clean Program
The BODY+SOUL determines, according to the water hardness
value set, after how many uses the Clean Program has to be
started.
When the CLEAN interval has been reached the CLEAN LED
begins to blink. The steam generator can still be started
5 times; when it is started the CLEAN LED blinks for 30
seconds.
After the 5 times the steam generator is blocked, the CLEAN
LED shines constantly. You now have to carry out descaling to
unlock the steam generator.
Start Clean Program
• Descaling is only possible when the steam generator is turned
off. The Clean Program cannot be started during a steam
phase.
• Before starting the CLEAN Program you have to fill common
vinegar (0.9 liters, ca. 5-10%) into the aroma drawer. For
this step you have to remove the aroma insert first, the
vinegar is filled directly into the opening of the aroma drawer.
After you have filled in the vinegar, close the aroma drawer.
• To start the CLEAN Program press and hold the CLEAN key
for ca. 2 seconds. The Clean LED shines and the LEDs 1 to
6 shine. LED 7 blinks.
• The Clean process takes 7 hours; after each hour one LED
less shines or blinks:
LEDs 1-6 shine, LED 7 blinks: 7 hours to go,
LEDs 1-5 shine, LED 6 blinks: 6 hours to go etc...
Instructions:
• The vinegar has to be filled into the aroma drawer before
starting descaling; otherwise the Clean Program will not
start. In this case the rinse program starts automatically after
a short period. The rinse process (ca. 5 minutes) cannot be
interrupted.
• After the descaling program the steam generator is also
flushed. Water is expelled over the steam outlet. The rinse
process (ca. 5 minutes) cannot be interrupted. Hand rinse
the shower cabin after the rinse program has finished.
Interrupt Clean program
The Clean program can be interrupted at any time by
pressing the Clean button (approx. 2 seconds). The rinse
program starts up.
Attention: The cycle timer does NOT return to zero! The
rinse program lasts a total of approx. 7 minutes.
